Ethisphere's World's Most Ethical Companies are selected based on scores generated in five key categories: ethics and compliance program; corporate citizenship and responsibility; culture of ethics; governance; and leadership, innovation and reputation. By making this pledge, she commits the Company to, among other things, fostering effective conversations about diversity, implementing unconscious bias education, sharing a strategic diversity plan with our Board, and sharing best practices with other companies.
